For a lead to qualify for Fast Pay, it must meet these criteria:
Homeownership
Homeowner must own the property and have authority to make decisions about installation.
Qualified Home
Property must be suitable for solar installation (adequate roof space, minimal shading, etc.).
Decision Maker Present
All decision makers must be present during the appointment with the Closer.
Proposal Presented
The Closer must be able to present a complete proposal during the appointment.
Quality Over Quantity
While setting more appointments increases your tier level, ensuring each lead is properly qualified will lead to higher close rates and increased earnings from project margins.
